LOUISIANA WORKFORCE COMMISSION ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR SUMMER YOUTH PROGRAM
The Louisiana Workforce Commission is currently accepting applications for its 2019 summer youth employment program until May 3.
The program was created to help youth gain work experience while earning income over the summer.
Job applications are available at the following locations:
- 421 West Airline Hwy., (Suite F), Laplace
- 737 Paul Maillard Rd., Luling
- 2631 Hwy 20 West, Vacherie
Program eligibility requirements are as follows:
- must be between the ages for 16-24
- must meet the income guidelines
- must meet youth eligibility, youth barrier, requirements
